Sequence: The JOL Classroom and Parent Class Must Be Attended First. The Driving Lessons Behind-the-Wheel in the Driving School Car Will Take Place After the Classroom and Parent Class Have Been Attended.
Requirements: Minimum age by first day of classroom attendance is 15 yrs 9 mos. old. Permit NOT required for classroom attendance.
February / March 2026 driver’s education course begins Thursday, 2/26/26, after school 2:30pm-5:30pm, IN PERSON, ON SITE at NEMT 100 Hemlock Rd. Wakefield.
April / May 2026 driver’s education course begins Tuesday, 4/28/26, after school 2:30pm-5:30pm, IN PERSON, ON SITE at NEMT 100 Hemlock Rd. Wakefield.
Our service area includes Saugus, Wakefield, Melrose, Lynn Malden, Revere. Students living within Ringer’s service area will be picked up and dropped off at their home for behind-the-wheel driving lessons. Students living outside of Ringer’s geographical service area will be picked up and dropped off at NEMT, or a mutually agreed-upon location within our service area for behind the wheel instruction.
